- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons miso
- 1⁄4 sheet nori, roasted according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Bring water to a boil. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons cold water.
- Reduce flame to low and add pureed miso.
- Tear nori into small pieces and add to the soup. Simmer 2 minutes. Add scallions and serve.
