  • 1 cup water
  • 1 12 teaspoons miso
  • 14 sheet nori, roasted according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons cold water.
  2. Reduce flame to low and add pureed miso.
  3. Tear nori into small pieces and add to the soup. Simmer 2 minutes. Add scallions and serve.
