- 500 g almonds, blanched,peeled and ground in a mixer
- 400 g condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons pure ghee

- Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan.
- Add the ground almonds.
- Stir until they become lightly browned.
- Add the condensed milk.
- Stir until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Remove onto a lightly greased serving tray.
- Garnish with almonds and serve.
