YUM! I wasn't positive I'd like this with the molasses. Not only did I like it...I LOVED it! I used a cup of already brewed coffee from my coffee maker and then added the molasses and pumpkin pie spice. I also added a little bit of cream. This was delicious! I loved the gingerbread flavor. It was so comforting. Molasses is proven to be really good for your health, too! Thank you. :)
very nice I liked the light sweet flavor as I don't add sugar to my coffee just a hint was good. I used cardamom, cinnamon and some allspice. I will make this again thanks for sharing. Made for Ramadan Tag 2010
Nice start to the morning.. The Gingerbread flavoring was fantastic, though the molasses flavor was a liitle light.
I thought this was very tasty, however, I didn't think it tasted like gingerbread. Although the pumpkin pie spice has ginger in it, I felt the recipe needed more ginger to live up to its name.

Very nice and different way to have coffee. I enjoyed the molasses. Thanks for the treat. Made for 123 Hit Wonders game.
Mia this was excellent. Thank you so much for sharing. I don't usually drink instant coffee but this quick and easy to make recipe intrigued me. So glad that I did try it. I used Jamaican Blue Mountain Instant coffee (that the kids brought me back from their last holiday) it was so good with the molasses. Yum. The spices were perfect, a really nice ratio. I did garnish mine with some whipped cream, cause I like it. Made for Sweet December 2014.
Like the holidays in a mug! I added some Truvia and whole milk to mine, since I like coffee light and sweet. Just for kicks, I also added some whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice to the top. Very nice winter warmer, thanks for posting! Made for the Sweet December Tag Game 2014
What a nice way to start the day, the molasses gave a nice holiday flavor to instant coffee which can sometimes be kind of funny tasting. Thanks for the post.
Made this delicious coffee this morning and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The great thing about this recipe is that you can adjust all the ingredients to your liking and of course, you can add whipped cream or a little half and half as I did. Will definitely be making this coffee throughout the holidays. Made for the Sweet December Tag Game, 2014.
Totally tastes like gingerbread - and very good. For me it did need milk and sugar. Used the leftover to make instant oatmeal the next day and that was even better!
