- 3 peaches, ripe but firm (peeled, pitted and sliced,about 2 cups)
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries

SIMPLE SYRUP
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 strip lemon rind
directions
- Freeze peach slices and raspberries in a single layer for at least 2 hours or until solid. Store in freezer bags or air-tight containers.
- SIMPLE SYRUP: In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water and lemon rind to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Let cool completely and remove rind.
- In a food processor, process frozen fruit, pouring syrup in slowly, until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, or store in freezer.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
