From the kitchen of Marijonas Vilkelis... He recommends this to go with Spring rolls as a dipping sauce.
- 125 ml soy sauce
- 125 ml red wine or 125 ml white wine
- 2 ounces sugar or 2 ounces rice syrup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- hot chili pepper, chopped, to taste
- 2 -3 stems fresh cilantro, chopped
