Lavender is well known for its calming properties, however, every facet of this recipe is designed with rest in mind.
- 1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
- 4 drops lavender oil
- 3 drops marjoram essential oils
- 2 drops benzoin essential oils
- 1 cup powdered milk
- Pour oils into a small bowl, mix thoroughly. Stir in 1 cup of powdered milk.
- Add mixture to bath water.
