  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  2. Cut an X in the core of each Brussels sprout.
  3. Shape a scant 1/4 cup full around each frozen Brussels sprout to form a meatball.
  4. Place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking dish.
  5. Combine tomato sauce, water and thyme; pour over meatballs.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.

Eh they were ok by my hubby...but he thought they were slightly bland
