These are the best inside out burgers I have made. I followed the burger recipe exactly ,but we used white cheddar and onion cheese. Thank you for sharing, we loved the bacon throughout.
I made these a couple of nights ago and my husband and I really enjoyed these burgers. Since there's only 2 of us, I made 2 huge burgers and used fresh mozzarella. I plan to make these again when company comes over. I served them with sweet potato fries and cole slaw.
Five stars all the way according to my family. Came together without fussing. I used mozzarella as I didn't have the recommended cheese on hand and it's way to expensive at the store right now. Loved the fact that the bacon was in the meat. No more bacon sliding out. :) Made for PAC '08
This was an excellent addition to my burger collection. The bacon & cheese being inside the patties were a fantastic touch. I did make these into 1/3 pound patties instead of 1/4 pounders. Made for Spring '08 Pick A Chef.
We made these for lunch today after seeing a recent excellent review. Man-o-man they were good! I didnt have bocconcini so I just used what cheese we had in the fridge. Also, I basted ours with some homemade BBQ sauce that we had leftover from another meal. These will become our new burgers of choice at our next block party! Thanks for sharing!
These burgers were delicious! The idea of putting the bacon inside (so it doesn't fall off the burger) is genious. The simple seasonings were just right. Easy & quick to put together, I also use a hamburger press, I had the burgers ready by the time the grill was hot. Excellent summer fare. Thanks for sharing Jason! This precious baby was adopted through the PAC Spring 2008 orphanage... & has a permanent home here!
What a hit! These cheeseburgers were absolutely divine, and fed a family of three healthy appetites excellently. Easy prep, not a lot of mess. Absolutely delicious, and DEFINITELY will be making again.
