- 226.79 g parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 1 roasted red pepper, cut into strips
- 56.69 g green olives, chopped
- 236.59 ml chopped celery heart
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
directions
- Cut cheese into slivers.
- Combine all ingredients, toss a few times and serve!
