I don't know where this came from, but it makes the cajun fried turkey more special.
- 1⁄2-1 cup real butter, melted
- 1 cup frank red hot sauce
- Stir together well.
- Make sure it is emulsified before drawing up into injector.
- Inject turkey with marinade.
- Rub turkey with cajun spice rub and deep fry.
- Best if injected 4 hours before.
