This was ok. Made with soba noodles. There didn't seem to be enough sauce for the noodles. If I make this again I think I'll double the sauce. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.

This wasn't too bad. My husband and I thought the peanut butter taste was a little strong, but overall it was pretty good. I think next time I will use less peanut butter and maybe more cayenne. It was definately simple and easy to make though. Thanks for posting.

I used linguine for this and followed the recipe as written. I made it about two hours before serving. I found this to be very "dry". I used smoth peanut butter but it just seemed to dry up and loose its flavour on the noodles. I added a lot of hot sauce to my portion and that helped. Don't really know what would have made this better but I doubt I'll try it again. Sorry FlemishMinx

I am so very sorry to give such a low review but this did not work for us at all. I made it because 1. I had everything on hand and 2. Parsley's beautiful photo. It was easy enough to make and the sauce was quite good and smooth until I went to make my husband a bowl to take out with him for his lunch, I am sorry to say the consitancy was terrible, I followed the recipe exactly and what I got after chilling was spicy peanut butter coated noodles, eating them was like eating a spoonful of peanut butter with a noodle thrown in. Maybe I did something wrong, I don't know but I won't be making these again.

Awesome! I liked the slight tanginess from the vinegar and sugar. We ate the noodles at room temperature and they were fantastic! I doubled the green onions for some added crunch. I garnished w/ green onion tops and some sesame seeds. Thanx for posting this. I'll make these again.

Liked the tang from the cider vinegar. Would recommend sprinkling some toasted sesame seeds on the top. The flavors blended very well; thanks for posting!

Quick & Easy to make: Just my style in cooking! I used more green onion, and about half teaspoon of cayenne pepper (we like it spicy!). Also, to spruce it up, I added sliced dried apricots and chicken breast chunked (left overs). Yummy!
