This soto is so good. I added a stalk of bruised lemongrass to amp up the lemony taste, and I would have used galangal too if I had some, no matter though, still a very authentic tasting, delicious soto. Thank you so much for sharing.
This is a great recipe, very good soto, although I would serve it with potato croquettes (perkedel kentang). Double the work, though!
