Directions

  1. Mix broth, corn syrup and soya sauce.
  2. Stir fry chicken in hot oil.
  3. Add onion, red pepper, ginger and crushed red pepper.
  4. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in curry powder and rice.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add liquids.
  8. Stir in peanuts, scallions and parsley.
  9. Serve hot!

Easy, Delicious, a pleasure to prepare. A rice steamer makes dishes like this a breeze. I've had more then a few requests for this one a second time. I did add some garlic.. Im a junkie you see. Thanks for sharing!
