What a wonderful and impressive recipe! I didn't make individual servings, but prepared a hollowed bowl cake with ice cream and used your unique meringue recipe. Thanks for a lot of fun in the kitchen! It turned out wonderfully!

Great recipe, simple step by step directions. I used light peach icecream and took a bag of frozen peaches, pureed them added some sugar and cooked them on the stove to infuse the sugar, then I strained the puree to get a pure peach sauce with no chunks. I put the peace sauce at the base of the baked Alaska. This made this dessert wonderful and fancy.
My husband and picky 8 year old loved this! I used strawberries instead of raspberries. I also had to use 2 cups of the cream for 7 ounces of chocolate (way too much)
