Holy cow, these were AWESOME! I was a little leery of the Indian spices with sweet potatoes, but I wanted something to go with the Tandoori chicken I made for dinner, and this is what I chose. I was SO happy. The coriander and the cinnamon in my garam masala complemented the sweet potatoes perfectly - they were a little sweet and a little spicy. So fantastically delicious, I'm thinking of making another batch for lunch today. And I'm going to try the spices on popcorn, I have a feeling it will be out of this world.
