- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups walnut halves, and pieces
- Coat large shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
- Mix egg whites with spices and sugar.
- Stir in walnuts and coat well.
- Spread onto prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until dry and crisp.
