I loved these scrambled eggs they were awesome, so much flavorful and nothing was overpowering, you could taste all the different flavors in the eggs. I didn't use curry leaves didn't have any, so I added a little ground curry to the eggs. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will make again.   1. melt butter.
  2. add chilies and onions.
  3. cook until almost golden.
  4. beat up eggs
  5. pour over chilies and onions
  6. salt and pepper.
  7. add curry leaf if you have it and like it
  8. stir until set.
