This is a wonderful rice dish. I serve it with grilled pork loin or grilled chicken breast.

  1. Cut Rice Bag Open.
  2. I use a microwave rice steamer (e-mail me for more info). But a microwave bowl would work fine.
  3. Mix all ingredients into bowl or cooker.
  4. Microwave for 12 minutes or until rice is cooked and mixture thickens.
