Easy and Delicious! I love the flavor the yeast brings to the table. I've made soft tacos with this recipe and wraps with New England Crab Salad. Tonight I've got two salads lined up - shrimp and chicken and we're having wraps again. Yummy.

My daughter helped me make this for her Native American party at her school. It was a hit and all the kids LOVED it!!! We made 16 little disks instead of 4-6 big disks cut them in 4's and had little tastes for everyone to try. There were plenty for all 26 students plus 8 adults....plenty for everyone to have 3rds :) I would definitely recommend this for anyone that is doing a project with their kids in school. It is quick, easy and fun!!
