Indian French Fries

"Was making an Indian -Spiced Turkey Butger, and need french fires to go with it so adapted this recipe."

• Serves: 3

ingredients

• 3 cups frozen french fries
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon fennel seed
• 2 -3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt

directions

1. put French fries in a large bowl.
2. mix spices in a small bowl.
3. Pour oil over fries and toss.
4. While tossing fries, sprinkle spice mixture over fries to coat.
5. Bake according to direct for Fries.
