  1. Score the skin of the cucumbers with a fork. Slice thinly.
  2. Layer slices in a side shallow bowl, salting each layer. Cover and refrigerator overnight.
  3. Dry cucumbers on layers of paper towels, pressing out excess juice.
  4. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and chill.
