This is an indian style chicken curry.There are many types of indian style chicken curry.This is a spicy dish.If you want a less spicy dish,then please reduce the chilli powder quantity. You can have this with chapathi or roti.

  1. Crush garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat a pan and pour oil. Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium and fry onions in it till it gets caramelized.
  3. Add crushed garlic and ginger and chilli and saute it till done.Add tomato to it.Saute it again.
  4. Add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt to it. Saute it.
  5. Pour water. Add the chicken pieces to it. Keep checking it and sauting it.Ensure that the fire is in medium.
  6. Let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Once it is done, turn off the fire.
