- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 green chili peppers (minced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Heat cumin and mustard in oil until they pop.
- add remaining ingredients.
- stir-fry over medium heat for 10 minutes or until desired texture achieved.
