Questions & Replies

  1. I’m excited to try this recipe but confused about the yield. It says the recipe makes, “ 24 regular and 12 mini muffins.” That seems like maybe it’s reversed? Shouldn’t it be 12 regular and 24 mini muffins? I just want to get my numbers right so I know how many to make and would love some clarification. Thank you!!!

  1. Directions not clear: mixed "inches" with sour cream.

  2. Great recipe! minimuffins take ten minutes but they lose their orange-ness. I am adding more zest and some concentrated flavoring or extract next time.

  3. I love this recipe- soo yummy! Only instead of orange juice, I used 1 tablespoon natural orange flavor and added 1/2 cup flour. And of course, i loaded them with chocolate chips!! At a party, i put a little glaze on top as well. Great, thanks for sharing!!!!!

  4. These are fantastic - more cake than muffin, gorgeous flavours and good, light texture. I creamed the orange rind with the butter and sugar, as I think this brings out the flavour a little more. I also crushed up a bar of Green and Black's Maya Gold chocolate which is slightly spiced with orange. This will be a favourite recipe, thanks!

  5. I love these! Mine took closer to 20 min. Delicious!
