This genuine-imitation butter is much better than the I Can't Believe It's absolutely get the butter taste, without many of the hard fats.


  1. Put the margarine in mixer bowl.
  2. Let soften slightly.
  3. Whip.
  4. Pour in 1/2 the oil and 1/2 the buttermilk.
  5. Continue to whip.
  6. Pour in remaining oil and buttermilk.
  7. Whip until thoroughly mixed.
  8. Put in plastic containers in fridge.
  9. Use for toast, muffins, or baking.
  10. This does not work for frying.
