- Blend coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice in a blender until it is frothy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve.
I was craving a Pina Colada, and hoped this recipe would meet my needs, but it was a little too bland. I agree with Acadia -- it needs a little sugar. Maybe the chef forgot to add the sugar to the recipe.
This recipe was good but it needed some sugar as it wasn't sweet enough for our taste. Made for Bargain Basement 2009 tag.
