    I usually make my own graham cracker pie crust for chocolate cream pies like Chocolate Cream Pie. The recipe I use is buttery and sweet. Some friends and their kids visited town and I wanted to make a couple of chocolate pies but I was really short on time so I went to the local Dollar store and bought already made graham cracker crusts. I tasted one and it was lame so I doctored it up like this and got all thumbs up.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 6-8

    Yield:

    crust

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Brush the butter on the sides and bottom of the inside of the crust.
    2. 2
      Dust the inside of the crust with the sugar being careful not to crack the crust or cause it to slide out of the foil tin.
    3. 3
      Bake the crust according to the label instructions (usually 9 minutes at 350).
    4. 4
      Allow to cool and add filling.
