  1. This was good comfort food. I think I might like it even better with cheddar instead of jack cheese and with some spices added, but I liked it this way, too. Thanks for posting!

  2. This recipe delivers exactly what the poster states- it is quick, easy and delicious. The "Impossible Pie" title is deceiving on this one, as the end texture is very light and very souffle-like. It also worked very well with egg substitute and fat free cheeses. This is the perfect recipe for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking. The only comment I would make is to make sur you use a deep dish pie plate. Thank you KelBel for sharing the recipe.

  3. i substituted a 4 ounce can of green chili peppers for the green onions and also tossed in 2 tablespoons of dehydrated onions and it was very good and easy

  4. This was easy to make and a nice, filling dinner. I did find it a little bland; if I make it again I think I'll try substituting jack cheese with jalapenos for the plain monterey jack.

  5. This is so easy! I forgot the salt and it definitely needs it. My fault. I think I like the 'traditional' tuna casserole better but this is a quick sub! Thanks for posting.
