We enjoyed this for a light dinner. The taste was great. My only problem was that it took longer to bake than the stated time. 5 t0 10 minutes longer. I think it was because I used a disposable paper 9 x 9 pan instead of a glass or metal pan that retains heat. I had a little left-over for breakfast the next day and it was still good reheated.

We really enjoyed this! I didn't have spinach so used Asparagus instead. Also added fresh garden chives and skipped the tomato. This recipe is a great base to add the veggies and meats you want to change it up. Thanks for posting! Great recipe.

Next to Impossible Pizza this one's next in line as favorite; been making these ever since "the impossible" craze began years ago. Always a quick-fix lunch. Thanks for posting this one.
