Considering how easy this recipe is, and how cheap it is to make, this recipe rocks!! Lovely coconut pie, delicious cold or hot.

First time making this and I am thinking the cooking time and temp is off. I cooked it as recipe suggest and it was soupy. I up the temp to 350 and baked it for another 30 minutes. The taste was pretty good. Thanks for the recipe.

This is a great old time recipe. Since I can no longer tolerate gluten or dairy, I used coconut milk and finely ground corn flour,(not starch), and it turned out great. hadn't made it for a while, great to make it again! thanks!
