Mysterygirl, These cookies are so-o-o scrumptious! I used brown sugar and put pieces of a Hershey bar on top. Talk about "gilding the lily!" Dottie

This was great. I wanted cookies but didn't feel like baking and this receipe was in my book. Only problem was no crunchy peanut butter and no peanuts to throw in. No problem. I just added 2/3 cup chocolate chips and WALAA! Instant peanut butter toll house cookies! I used equal amount PB and sugar and yeah they are pretty sweet but I like my cookies that way. THANKS DANCER!!! A REAL WINNER!

If you have problems with these falling apart, please read! If you have a new fangled convection oven that automagically adjusts the temp lower when you choose convection, you will either need to trick that by setting the convection oven to 375 or let them bake a good 15 minutes at the automatically reset 350 (which your oven will change to 325). Anyway, these were fast and easy. I found them because I had an hour to turn out two dozen cookies... I gave them more than 3 dozen within the hour. BOooya!

Have made this cookie recipe for years! I found it for my 2 gluten intolerant children long before gluten free products or ingredients were available in stores. They are easy, delicious and a great opportunity for little hands to help! Add some mini chocolate chips, nuts or press candies on top.

These cookies are so amazing! I made them one night just because I had a craving for peanut butter cookies, but I was low on ingredients and I couldn't find my recipe for peanut butter cookies. I looked this up and thought, great a quick easy recipe. They do come out of the oven a bit softer than I thought, but they solidify beautifully. They taste amazing, seriously the best peanut butter cookies I've ever had. One batch makes about 18 cookies, I use a small melon baller to scoop them out. They were gone in about 15 minutes. My family loves them, and they're rather picky. My sister has a gluten intolerance, and these don't affect it at all. I made a triple batch last night, 63 cookies, they are gone!!! They get inhaled. I'm never using another cookie recipe again. I wasn't sure how these would turn out, I'm so shocked at how much I love these cookies. Prepare to ruin any other recipe you've tried.

Simple easy and fun for a child's first time baking on their own. My wife swears she hates pb cookies buts she is on her 5 one.

These cookies are simply amazing. Every time I take a bite I am still in awe that there is only 3 ingredients. I made two batches. One the way the recipe was written and being diabetic I used reduced sugar peanut butter and splenda brown sugar blend for the second batch. Tip:for the reduced sugar recipe lightly spray with cooking spray before baking so tbey will brown better. But no loss of flavor or texture. Once again a simply amazing recipe with simple being the key word.
