I did not like these cookies. They were too sweet and crumbly. We ended up having to add butter, flour, and baking soda to the remaining dough to make the cookies better. I did use natural peanut butter, so I'm not sure if that had an effect. It should have made them less sweet, because natural peanut butter has no sugar or high fructose corn syrup, but they still tasted like pure sugar.
I have been wanting to try these for ages and finally got round to it today. They were very nice but a bit too sweet for me as others have mentioned, still the kids really liked them and they are a great choice when you don't have a lot of ingredients on hand. A handy recipe to make.
Excellent! I top them with a chocolate kiss when they come out of the oven, if I have them on hand, if not, they're great all on their own. Thanks!
These are pretty good. If I'm in a rush to make cookies, I'll probably reach for this recipe. I used a low carb, smooth peanut butter, and it worked well. I also added Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate chips to half of the dough, and I prefer those! Thanks for posting!
These are fantastic. I can't believe they came out so perfectly without any flour or butter. Thx. for posting!
So easy! Thanks for posting.
this is amazing
Great recipe, and GLUTEN FREE.
These were good- my boys really liked them. I prefer PB cookies made with flour, but this will be good when I need a quick & easy recipe. These were too crumbly for my tastes though.
These are great. Don't make the mistake I did and overcook them. I touched them while in the oven and they felt soft, so I gave them 5 more minutes. Big mistake. They become solid as they cool apparently. I'll definitely make these again!
