This is excellent. It's like a pie with a cobbler dough crust. I used brown sugar and added a pinch of ginger and allspice to the other spices. We really liked the nuts in the topping. Thanks for posting!

Yummy peach pie, I would call it a crisp or a crumble, but no matter what you call it, it is so tasty!! I loved the addition of the almonds. I made 1/2 of the recipe and used fresh peaches, I forgot to cut the streusel in 1/2 so I used the whole amount. I love how easy it was using the blender for the batter, so quick and easy. Made for PRMR. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Now this is my kind of pie! No crust to mess with and it tastes great. I actually made this for DH who dislikes all nuts so this one didn't get any. I couldn't do anything about the sugar in the canned peaches but I did use Splenda in the batter. I'll be searching out more of these recipes as well as using this one again.

Annacia! Win the Tag on this Impossible Peach Pie #414466. That O.K. It's a winner, and if you decorate it with a nice lattice top homemade crust, people will beg at your feet for more of this pie. I turning off the oven and leaving the pie in for another 10 minutes. It won't burn, and it sets the pie very nicely. (Even with overripe, juicy peaches, it set perfectly.) This recipe is fantastic, and embarrassingly easy to make. An absolute winner. Thank You! Love this Pie! ...Grpa, You can call IT, THE Impossible Fantastic GOOD Peach Pie. now!! in my book!

Had a birthday dinner with a friend of mine (her birthday) & although she loves peach cakes, I made this for her as a "birthday cake" & she loved it, as did we, since she was willing to share it! Simple to put together, & really a wonderful pie! I'll be keeping this recipe around! Thanks for sharing it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

Super good, even with my sub of 2 percent milk for the cream! It took about 50 min. in my oval baking dish (that was filled to the brim). I read that someone online had subbed evaporated milk and that gave me the confidence it would work. I did let it cool for about 30 min and the custard part was nicely set. Great recipe! Roxygirl

Wonderful, easy to make. I used Splenda instead of sugar. I didn't use the almonds. I didn't have any. Still great without them. I also liked how easy this was to use the blender for the batter. A great, very tasty recipe, so quick and easy to make. I will be making again.
