  1. This was easy to put together, but a tad bland as posted (for our taste). I added about 6 shakes of hot sauce to the meat mixture, with some Italian seasoning and fresh ground pepper. Meant to add some minced garlic, but forgot. A nice and forgiving change from chicken and fish. Thanks for posting. Janey

  2. My family loves this recipe! I add more cheese, and use different types of cheese, depending on what I have. I also vary the recipe by adding veggies, or other meats.

  3. My whole family love this recipe, I always add more cheese than called for.

  4. This was the first recipe I made for my dh when we were married 7 1/2 years ago. It is the thing he still talks about today- he thought it was awful. Everytime I ask him what he wanys for dinner, his answer is "anything but that nasty cheesburger pie". I think it was too bland and eggy for him.

  5. I was really wanting to like this. What could be better than a cheeseburger in pie form? It was really quick and easy to make, but none of us cared for it, I'm sorry to say. It was kind of "eggy" tasting and too moist. I even put it back in the oven for an extra 15 minutes.
