- 1 lb green beans, cooked
- 2 carrots, julienned and blanched
- 1 apple, julieened
- 1⁄4 cup vinaigrette dressing
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Combine vegetables and apple.
- Toss with dressing and add seasonings as desired.
