These were a little different than the cookies I'm used to. They are very easy to put together and have a nice flavor, but they turned out very flat. I made them exactly as directed for the first batch and I would highly recommend that you NOT flatten them. The first batch turned out paper thin. The second batch I left them in balls and they still turned out flat, but not paper thin. The second batch I also cooked at 350 for about 15 minutes and that worked well. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2010 :)

  1. Cream Oleo and sugar.
  2. Add vinegar to cream mixture.
  3. Mix flour and soda together.
  4. Then add to Cream mixture.
  5. Make 24 balls (2t) and flatten.
  6. Bake 300 for 30 minutes.
