These are an easy and really good side dish. They are a great substitute for the greasy french fry.
- 3 -4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Peel and slice the potatoes in the same shape as a french fry. Combine olive oil, garlic and mustard. Toss the potatoes to coat.
- Spread evenly on cookie sheet garnish with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 or until done.
Easy and tasty. The mustard flavor was very evident, but not overpowering. Thanks for posting!
These were good! The flavor from the mustard was not too overpowering which I liked since I am not a huge mustard fan. Were easy to make, and even my DSs liked them. Made for I Recommend Tag.
VERY, VERY NICE, even if I did make a couple of small changes ~ I didn't peel the potatoes, & I used lemon pepper instead of the usual S&P! Still had some VERY TASTY FRIES 7 now have the recipe for my files, too ~ Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC tag]
