These are great right out of your hand, in chicken salad or corn salad for a cajun dinner.
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 lb pecan halves (about 4 cups)
- Melt butter in skillet. Stir in seasonings. Add pecans and toss to cover well. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until crisp.
