From Vegetarian Times; try different types of sherry—cream, cocktail, dry or tawny—to find what suits your taste.
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 quart sherry wine
- crushed ice (or shaved ice)
- 8 fresh mint sprigs
- Mix together the lemonade concentrate and sherry.
- Pour ½ cup over a tall glass of crushed ice; stir well and serve garnished with a mint spring.
- Serve with a straw.
