Make and share this Icy Cappuccino recipe from Food.com.
- Put all ingredients in a mixer, blender or other container to liquefy.
- Serve cold.
I used strong chocolate flavored coffee cubes for the instant coffee and cocoa powder (instant cocoa has so much sugar). I loved using the small amount of ice cream (I used no sugar added) to give this a smooth creaminess. Whats not to like about coffee, ice cream and chocolate? Loved it!
This was a creamy, dreamy cool coffee treat for me today! I used regular vanilla ice cream, but 1% milk. I used a whole tablespoon of instant coffee because I like very strong coffee flavor. I used instant hot cocoa powder from an individual serving packet, which was sugarfree (Splenda) and had extra calcium added to boot! Delicious! Thanks, Studentchef.
Perfect! I've made this a few times already, it's already summer here and I could drink this stuff forever! I've started adding a splash of chocolate liqueur to the mix, just makes life that much sweeter.
