A non-alcohol and sugar-free variation on a classic coffee drink. Adapted from Torani website. Prep time does not include cooling time for coffee. I make extra morning coffee during the summer and keep it in the fridge for iced drinks. You can garnish this with whipped cream if desired, but that will change the sugars and calories.
- 22.18 ml sugar-free irish cream syrup (Torani)
- 22.18 ml sugar-free hazelnut syrup (Torani)
- 236.59 ml strong brewed coffee (refrigerated until cool)
- 59.14 ml nonfat milk
- 236.59 ml ice cube
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy. (may be poured over more ice if desired).

Loved it, nice cold drink on a hot/humid afternoon!!! I also couldn't find the Irish Cream Syrup, so subbed the real thing lol. I did find the sugar-free hazelnut syrup and then grabbed a caramel flavored one as well, while at the Walmart store near me. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Really, whats not to love here! Mike, as you know I have a problem obtaining Torani but this sounded to darned good to pass by. So I chucked the Syrup and went with real Baileys (:D) and hazelnut extract with some water and Splenda. This is soooo good! and perfect for summer. Seriously loved the froth! So creamy. It's a keeper for sure. Made for ZWT 8
