Great ice tea. Michael Bonacini receipe
- 8 teaspoons green tea (with Jasmine-Presidents Choice)
- 4 cups water
- 1 piece fresh ginger (walnut size)
- 8 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1⁄4 cup sugar or 1⁄4 cup honey or 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular
- Steep tea for 7 minutes.
- Chill for 4 hours.
- Add lemon and fresh mint.

Excellent, refreshing iced tea! I used a lemongrass green tea (2 1/4 tablespoons) and honey to sweeten. Will make this often as summer approaches. Thanks Joan! Made for PAC Fall 2008.
