Iced Coffee Pops

"This tasty ice-pop style snack is a real treat in the summer! Only fill the ice-pop mold about 3/4 of the way up, as the coffee will expand when it freezes. The number of ice-pops depends on the size of your mold."

  • Brew 1 cup of Coffee.
  • Add milk to taste.
  • Add sugar/Artificial Sweetener to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the refrigerator, and stir the mixture very well.
  • Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds.
  • Place the filled ice-pop mold in the freezer for 6 hours.
  • Enjoy!
