I am drinking this beverage while I post my review. I enjoyed this iced coffee, but cut it down to make a serving for one person. To my blender I added, a 2/3 cup of strong coffee, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 3/4 cup of vanilla ice cream, and blended it on high for exactly 45 seconds. I found this made 1-1/2 cups of iced coffee. It was just the right amount to serve one person. Thanx for the recipe Southern Bell. It was quite delish!!

I divided this recipe into quarters as I was only making enough for two. It has great coffee flavor! I also used fudge ripple ice cream instead of vanilla which added some chocolate to the mix. In addition I sprinkled a dash of nutmeg on top of the whip cream! Thanks for posting!!! This recipe was tagged in the Comfort Cafe's tag game. Enjoy!
