A great cold coffee for hot summer days.
- 1⁄2 ounce caramel syrup
- 1 ounce espresso, chilled
- 8 ounces milk
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
I gave this recipe 3 stars. My future hubby really enjoyed this latte. I thought this was ok. When I made this recipe I used sugar free caramel syrup, Starbucks decaff. espresso, and fat free milk. I didn't add ice as I thought these were watered down tasting already (this could be due to the Starbucks directions on how to brew espresso). Overall I may make this again after trying to brew my espresso another time. Thanks for posting! Christine (internetnut)
