- 1⁄2 ounce dark Creme de Cacao
- 1⁄2 ounce golden rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Tia Maria
- 3 ounces double brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 ounce half-and-half cream
- throw all ingredients in a blender with some ice.
- blend for 30 seconds or until frothy.
This has a yummy taste. DH told me that he would have enjoyed more with more booze. Maybe rum. So next time I may used 1 ounce of golden rum (Appleton). Thanks Daisy :) Made for Photo tag
