- Whirl cold coffee, milk, and crushed ice in a blender.
- Add desired sugar; continue blending until frothy.
- Pour over ice.
This was delicious! Although, a little guidance on how much sugar to use would be helpful. It ended up being more than I anticipated, so my drink was a little more melted than ideal by the time I got it just right. Thanks! I'll be enjoying this all summer.
Very refreshing coffee that is great for a hot summers day or any time of year. I actually love iced drinks in the dead of winter as sitting by the fire place can get pretty hot. :) This recipe was tagged in the Comfort Cafe's Jan. '09 tag game.
