Ice Queen

"This was an A+ for me in Bartending school. It's a fun, Blue, Fizzy, Cocktail. I hope you love it!"

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 ounce vanilla vodka
• 1⁄2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
• 1⁄4 ounce blue curacao
• ginger ale
• cherries

directions

1. Shake Alcohol with Ice.
2. Pour into chilled Cocktail Glass.
3. Splash of Ginger Ale.
4. Drop in Cherry.

Very easy to make, and very good too! The mixture in the shaker is a most peculiar colour, but don't be put off, as it turns a lovely green in the glass when you add the ginger ale, which is very festive with the cherry at the bottom. I had to use plain vodka because I couldn't find vanilla, but I will look out for it as we will be making these again.
