- 5 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 box French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 quart half-and-half cream
- 2 cups milk
- Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together until creamy.
- Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT milk.
- Pour in ice cream freezer and finish filling to line with milk.
- Process in ice cream freezer until thick (about 40 minutes).
